New Classified Section – Litters & Studs – Health Tested

To advertise on this site, which is dedicated to the hunting weimaraner, the following terms are to be met:

Aptitude for Fieldwork

For litters at least one parent, or two grandparents, and for stud dogs, that that the dog, or at least one parent, or two grandparents has been appraised as to its/their aptitude for fieldwork. That is work performed before and after the shot, and on game, fur and/or feather.

This working aptitude to be appraised and measured by formal schemes, such as natural aptitude tests, pointing tests (work before the shot, if any), tests of work (gundog working tests), and field trials.

The measurement whereof shall be confirmed as achieving a minimum standard by grade or place, dependent upon the test or trial, by a judge or judges having relevant experience and high standing in the shooting and/or working gundog community.

Litter Listing

Litters must as a minimum be from health tested (i.e. hip scored) parents.

KC registration details of both parents must be provided (but only if requested), but will remain confidential. Failure to so provide will result in the listing being deleted without refund.

The price of a puppy shall be disclosed within the advertisement, and the hip scores of both parents.

Sire and Dam shall be disclosed within the listing. Reference to relevant field qualifications of either or within the lines is permitted.

Stud Listing

The stud dog shall be health tested (i.e. hip scored).

The stud fee shall be disclosed.

KC registration details of the dog must be provided (but only if requested), but will remain confidential. Failure to so provide will result in the listing being deleted without refund.

Reference to relevant field qualifications of the stud dog, parents or within the lines is permitted.

General Terms

The advertiser will need to register on the site as a user.

It will not be necessary to disclose a contact phone number as communication will be via a valid email address, or a link thereto contained within the relevant field format of the advertisement, such as Champdogs.

Up to four images shall be permitted each of which shall be subject to file size and dimension limits.

The listing itself is subject to a limit of 750 characters, and title to 75 characters.

The management of the website may at its own discretion and without reference edit the listing content to bring the content into conformance with these terms, or remove altogether.

The management of the website, in providing a listing service, shall not be taken to endorse, approve or confirm the veracity of the content or other references contained within any advertisement, and does not accept any liability whatsoever or to whomever for any content, omission, losses, damages or other penalty nor reliance by any party on said content. The person placing the advertisement is personally liable in all respects.

Fees

Litters: 30 Days £5.99; 60 days £7.99
Stud Dogs: One Year £15.99

The listing shall be carried for a term appropriate to the fee charged, unless removed for any reason such as those described above.

The listing will be shared for free on the companion Facebook page so as to reach an expanded audience. The FB listing may then be shared freely to other FB pages, Groups, Timelines etc.

It may be renewed on payment of a further fee and remain subject to all terms previously described.
